1. Purpose - To inform the regarding the Non-genuine OCTA of SM-J730 2. Background - If the device returned to service center for repair is identified during the test and service process by a Technician/Engineer as a Non Original device (i.e. Not of Samsung Origin or "Fake"), it should be reassembled and returned to the customer. No attempt should be made to repair or service the device in anyway other than reassembly where required for return. The customer should be advised that: "The device returned has been identified as not of Samsung origin and it is not possible to service this device. As a result of our findings we are returning your equipment to you."* (*example response text) The customer should then be quoted for the repair cost based on the cost of any parts required and the replacement of Non Samsung origin parts.
