you need to remove IT policy

Go to your Options : Security >> Security Options (the same page where you can enable/disable passwords) & scroll to the bottom. If there's an IT policy attached, it will be mentioned there. 1 - Using the menu go to Settings Menu -> SIM card pressselect.
2 - While holding the SHIFT key, type mepd
3 - You should now see the five locking categories listed.
4 - While holding the SHIFT KEY, type mep2.
5 - Release the shift key.
6 - You are now prompted to enter the Network MEP code (it will also state how many attempts left)
7 - Enter the code
8 - Enter Return/Enter
9 - The device should then be unlocked

سلام.
استاد عزیز.گوشی 8310 بلک بری تمام گزینه های سیم کارت disabled d می باشد.طبق رفرنسی که گذاشتین باید گوشی قفل نباشد.ولی درحال حاضر گوشی با هرمدل سیم کارت یک طرفه است و نمیشه با اون به جایی زنگ زد.call faild نوشته میشه.با mx کد انلاک هم گرفتم ولی وارد نمیشه .vendor id 102 است.قبلا انلاک شده ولی مدتی هست یک اینجوریه.لطفا راهنمایی بفرمایید.ممنون
بیشتر از حد مجاز كد اشتباه وارد كرده اید و گوشی شما بلاك شده است.
فعلا" هیچ راهی برای انلاك گوشی های بلاك شده وجود ندارد.
چرا هست.خيلي وقت ميشه كه اين مشكل حل شده.
از طريق اپراتوري كه به ان قفل شده است و يا از طريق چندين سايت آمريكايي كه به راحتي با سرچ در گوگل ميتوانيد كد آنلاك تهيه كنيد كه بايد از طريق اينترنت كد را خريداري كنيد.
سلام .گوشی 8310 مشتری اورده قبلا انلاک شده.مدتی هست که گوشی زنگ میخوره ولی نمیشه باهاش به جایی زنگ زد.یک طرفه شده.در قسمت تنضیمات سیم کارت جلوی ای دی یک عدد طولانی نوشته و سایر گزینه ها هم حتی گزینه نتورکdisabled نوشته.توی رفرنس بالا دیدم نوشته گوشی که قبل شبکه باشه باید گزینه نتورک اکتیو باشه.ولی این گوشی که جلوی عبارت شبکه کلمه اکتیو ننوشته و دیز ایبل هست چرا باهمه مدل سیم کارت امتحان کردم ولی بازم نمیشه تماس گرفت.مسجم نمیفرسته .فقط ورودی داره.
وندور ای دی 102 معنیش چیه.اگه هزینه ای داره بفرمایید که تقدیم کنم. فقط نمیدونم این گوشی قفل شبکه هست یا نه.چون با روشهای ورود کد هرکاری کردم پنجره ای برای وارد کردن کد نمیاد.کنتور 0 که فرمودین روی گوشی میاد یا با دانگل ام ایکس که وصل هست .لطفا راهنمایی کنید.کسی هست که بدونه چه جوری میشه ریست فکتوریش کرد.ممنونم
